Spent the day with a new friend, chatting while the boys played amazingly amicably out of the hot sun. Met J at 6pm and went to Embankment, walked across the Jubilee Bridge and played in the fountains, then a surprise trip on the London Eye, which was awesome as ever. J had never done and Ben was too young to remember. The street performers on the South Bank are great too, especially the balletic man dancing with crystal balls. Will post pic later.
Headed back West for posh fish and chips which was fun.
Lazy morning trying to explain profit and loss to a five year old who is so kind he wants to give everything away for free. Bless.
James has gone to do stuff for his father and Ben and I are going to play tennis and play at the paddling pool.
Might be completely extravagant and either go out again later or get take out. I am justifying this by the fact I'm going to be in Wales for a lot of the Summer, and such treats are not possible there. Then again, might stay in. See what everyone feels like later. 25072008304
